Chef Blanca Venegas, also known as Blanquita, is a well recognized Mexican seafood chef with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Blanquita is native to Sinaloa, Mexico. When she was seven her family moved to Nayarit, where she lived most of her life. She came to love cooking at a very young age and gained her experience working at a variety of local establishments in Nayarit.
